Gluten Free Corn Flour

Our gluten-free corn flour is freshly milled from whole grain corn. Gluten-free corn flour is more finely ground than cornmeal so it creates baked goods that are more cake-like in texture. Corn flour is naturally rich in dietary fiber and low in sodium.
In gluten-free baking, corn flour can be used in combination with other flours. It helps pastry shells hold their shape, and gives breads, waffles, and baked goods a dense texture. Corn flour can be partially substituted for cornmeal in recipes such as corn bread, to create a bread that is more cake-like.
There are approximately 4 cups per pound.
