Organic quinoa is a light, fluffy, gluten-free seed that feels and tastes more like a grain. This sprouted quinoa is cleaned as normal before it’s sprouted, then dehydrated in ovens. It has a mildly nutty flavor and is a great healthy side dish for any balanced meal.
How to Cook Sprouted Quinoa
To cook, simply combine 1 cup sprouted quinoa with 1 3/4 cups water and a pinch of salt into a heavy pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer until water is completely absorbed, which should take roughly 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes still covered. Then enjoy!

This is the best tasting and easy to digest quinoa ever. I add dried mushrooms to the water when cooking and add some garlic too. So healthy. Thanks for the sprouted version. So wonderful.
