These are perfect for breads like bagels and hamburger/hot dog rolls. The only poppy seeds in stores are a tiny 2oz. jar for $5 which doesn't even cover one whole batch of bagels... these poppy seeds are $9 for a whole pound which lasts weeks or months depending on how often we make new breads. AND, everything from Nuts.com comes overnight the next day! I know that's just because I am in Pennsylvania right next to where they are in New Jersey, but it's definitely a huge added bonus. :)
