They are so sweet and delicious! Very small, but that just means that they take longer to eat and more time spent savoring every bite. I was so glad to find these organic raw in shell peanuts and I canned them in brine for boiled peanuts to enjoy all year. Yum!

I wanted organic so I could make a healthier "boiled peanuts" snack. This was the only organic raw peanut (in shell) that you offer. They are very small for one thing, which is fine but not my preference. I wish you had an organic version of the jumbo size available. Also an organic version of what is called "green" peanuts (seasonal I know, lol) in a jumbo size. Also, for whatever reason, boiled peanuts are supposed to take about 3-5 hours (sometimes a little longer) to become soft. These peanuts took almost 20 hours of continued boiling on the stove... still not soft enough (still had a bit of crunch). Then I had to run it twice for one hour each time in my Instant Pot before getting it soft like they were supposed to be. Again, not sure why. Hoping to try again if you get an organic jumbo raw peanut in shell. Thanks!
