Recipe Ingredients:
1	lb. pumpkin mashed
1/2	lb <a href="https://nuts.com/driedfruit/papaya/sweetened.html">papaya</a> cut into chunks
4	lg potatoes cut into chunks
2	onions diced
1	lb carrots cut into 1/2 in chunks
2	celery stalks diced
2	lg cans diced tomatoes
1	lb stew beef
2	tablespoons <a href="https://nuts.com/seedsspices/poppy-seeds.html">poppy seeds</a>
1	teaspoon pepper
1	teaspoon salt
1	teaspoon minced garlic
2	quarts water
Cooking Directions:
1.	put water,beef,salt pepper,garlic,celery carrots in large pot. cook for 30 minutes.
2.	add tomatoes pumpkin and papaya,onions and potatoes. cook on medium heat till done.
3.	serve with garlic bread and a salad.
