I am a vegetarian and pretty much live on salads in the summertime, My favorite summer meal is a great big bowl of mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes. any other thin sliced fresh raw veggies I might have (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, green opinions, celery, carrots, etc.) and a big scoop of Detox Mix from Nuts.com. [I am 76 years old, my consistent blood pressure is 120/75, my cholesterol is normal, I have all my teeth, and have never had any surgery. I credit much of that to good luck (or God's grace), but I'm sure that healthy eating is a big part of why I am still able to enjoy life with my five children, eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren and one cat.]
