These chopped macadamia looks great in the package, looks very high quality. Going to use them for butter cookies and biscotti. I have never had such good macadamia nuts. They almost melt in your mouth and just the right amount of salt. I don't like much salt on anything and was worried these would be too salty for me. Perfect though! I can't tell you how good these are.

Oh my, in this pound of macadamia I did not discard 1 nut during culling before soaking... they all looked to be fresh off the tree; fantastic.

I put these in my husbands "fat bombs" - making more of a chocolate covered goodie. He loves them. The nut always arrives fresh and crunchy. So pleased!
