Just the right amount of salt. Great straight out of the bag or I love to put them in my toaster oven and warm them up!

Always loved filberts - never liked cracking them. Very good and very few bitter ones.

I made a half batch of chocolate chip cookies just using Hazelnut flour. Put Nuts.com toasted coconut, Hazelnut flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and coconut sugar. They turned out very good.
