These are great this year. They are a good size and the majority were good inside the shell.

I buy these to make homemade hazelnut spread. The fact that they're blanched makes it so much easier. It always comes out tasty.

mix these with other nuts for cereal or grind and make short bread cookies..or just use for a snack.

I like these better than the organic as far as taste is concerned. Had a couple that were rancid/spoiled in the bag. But you can't get 100% in any nut.

I hate to take sides, but this flour is my absolute favorite! (Sorry, other flours.) I first tried it in my chocolate chip cookie recipe. Footnote: I did have to add some regular all-purpose flour to the recipe as well since nut flours have a different consistency. But the end result was great: a cookie that was a bit chewier. So good.

Give them a quick roast and make my own version of Nutella.

love these... perfect for biscotti (shelled, of course!), share many of them however with our affectionate garden squirrels who adore them (although they are also crazy for the walnuts in the shell) p.s. for those that may not know: Squirrels MUST HAVE NUTS IN SHELLS to chew on for their health!

OMG PERFECT!!

Very bad taste rancid and bitter. Had to throw them out because it would ruin the taste of my cookies. Totaly diappointed

the packaging was great, I like that I can re-seal with out any problem, also not broken nuts in the batch. I am sharing with a chipmunk who has taken up residence under my deck....he says thank you!!!

My only complaint was your packaging, it was a gift for my husband and the box said nuts all over it so, no surprise.
