I haven't used them yet, although I have purchased them from Nuts.com in the past. They came nicely packaged and through the window in the packaging, I could see that they are of good quality. I wanted to be sure to have them on hand when I begin my cookie baking for the holidays.

The hazelnuts arrived in excellent condition, and so quickly! We are looking forward to using them for a 19th century game during our Autumn Celebration weekends here at Wade House Historic Site. Thank you!

You're right....they are damn hard to crack open, and then the nuts go flying ! HAHA ! So, I figured out a way to do it better. I took a pot holder and covered up the nut-cracker and nut as I squeezed it.....and that worked perfect !!! No nut or shells flying all over my kitchen. LOL! They are delicious and fresh. Thank you. I shared a couple with my squirrel friends too!

Grand taste. I believe it was worth it and will continue to buy from nuts.com. Probably what i would do better is select the ones without shells as cracking them seems tedious.

I really haven't tried them yet just received today and haven't cracked them yet. I look forward to your goodies all the time. I was going to order yogurt covered almonds but you said they would probably melt, we have had 90 plus weather. I don't want to pay $2.95 extra for the special wrapping so I will just have to wait until it gets cooler. Love the cute sayings on your boxes. You all really have a good sense of humor!!! These are by far my favorite chocolate covered nuts.

I love Hazelnuts, as I grew up in Switzerland were they are very common. The blanched ones are good for baking.

We live near Oregon where these are grown. I've never had such nice hazelnuts. I highly recommend these. I used some in my Bullet and made a nice fish bake with them on top-- so delicious and healthy for just plain snacking!

Can't wait to try to make my own Chocolate Hazelnut spread instead of buying Nutella. I found a recipe in a DIY Nut Milks, Nut Butters, No-Bake Treats and Baked Treats in a recipe book that I purchased from Amazon. Looking forward to trying new recipes.
