The first hazelnuts I ever tasted were from an old nut tree grown in Bellingham Washington. Right off the tree is more than fresh and these hazelnuts were just as fresh and so nicely packaged and just the right price. My family is hooked and now nutty healthy!

Filberts usually taste stale from the store but not this batch I received yesterday. They taste fresh and not dry at all. I never had better tasting filberts before. I am very pleased that I found Nuts.com. I will order again.

These are wonderfully tasty, and enhance baked goods (zucchini muffins made with hazelnuts are outstanding!).
