They’re always fresh and flavorful. The blanching eliminates the skin on the hazelnuts so they’re ready to roast right out of the bag. That’s a huge timesaver for me.

Strange ordering Filberts from you when you are back east and I live in Oregon, the home of most filberts. They are great!
