Well, these are delicious and chocked full of protein. I eat them in cereal, yogurt, sprinkle them on eggs, salad and use them in recipes. Even great on pizza. This was my first time eating raw hemp hearts so didn't know what to expect. I assumed they were naturally full of the remains of the black shell bits, so every morning as I cracked down on these in my oatmeal I dutifully pulled them out of my mouth and thew them away.
