Great that it's gluten free with no preservatives and extraneous additives. Sugars are bare minimum (doesn't need much as they already have dried fruit within). Good that each serving is individually wrapped for ease.

Just tried one of these before an exercise class and it was delicious. Didn’t have time to get a real meal in and this little bar provided a tasty energy boost to get me through my class. Good size, nice crunch, good chocolate to seed ratio. These are a keeper

Not overly sweet. A bit too chewy with the grains. Dark chocolate present on bar but not too much in taste. A bit pricey for 5 bars compared to similar products.

OK, and probably nutritious; however, I prefer sweeter snacks.

I'm new to Nuts but I'm trying some different items. With these, I didn't notice any extra energy but the taste was flavorful. My request would be to single wrap these like the Bitty Bars (which I really like!) so I can grab and go and eat later!
