Shh...don't tell the kids they were eating prunes! They were very tasty, naturally sweet, and the bag was empty in less than two days.

Great tasting plums. An superior alternative to the normal pitted prunes/plums.

The prunes at the grocery store are frequently dried out and disappointing, but these are both succulent and handy.

When I was a child, my parents always kept dried fruits on hand, rather than candy, with its empty calories.

For unknown reasons my local grocery store hasn't carried pitted prunes for months. I'm so happy you have them. And dates, too. I stuff these fruits with peanut butter and roll them in sugar. A great snack.
