All my Children (in there 30&40) love this. Of course I Add sharp Cheddar Cheese and jalapeños to my sourdough mix. And on top then I bake it. I have made it just plain the first time I bought it. We love sourdough bread. We use it a lot for all kinds of things. Jessica.

Made homemade cinnamon rolls. Used the heavy cream method to fluuf the rolls up even more. They were a sin to eat. First time making them but they were absolutely perfect.

Made Cinnabons and they came out amazing, family finished them as soon as I put them on the table.

I made this today and found the flavor to be very sour. The texture was good. I had to do a little math to figure out how to use it with my bread machine. So if anybody wants to know, one whole package makes a 1 pound loaf. Use 8 ounces of water and 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast and keep an eye on it as you may have to adjust the water a little by adding a teaspoon at a time. If you have to add more flour, just add a little bit at a time. The flavor is just OK.

I was under the impression that recipes would be sent with the mix. I’ll check with your website for them and then after I make something with the mix I could give a proper review rating.

I love sour dough bread, and this mix makes it so easy. I get two loaves from one bag. I've added raisins, and chopped walnuts, yummy! I add one quarter cup sugar which helps the flavor. Hope the cost stays within my budget.

Very good we liked it so much we placed a second order! Used it in my bread maker and added some herbs to one batch, and sesame seeds and sunflower seeds and they both came out great!

fantastic, easy as pie to make this dough. I make a great cinnamon bun (minus the icing) 2 cups dark brown 2tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cayenne powder and a ton of butter. Awesome and so easy!!

It is a good product, but it is not for making cinnamon rolls, it makes very good rolls, very soft and fluffy.

I haven’t even tried to make this sourdough bread mix yet because there are NO directions on the package. Finally found them on your website, and all it said about using the mix in a bread machine was to cut the recipe in half. It might be a great product, but it’s rather intimidating to look at this little bag of flour mix with no idea how to make it into sourdough bread in a bread machine.

As I was putting the bag away I realized I already had a couple more from previous orders. This dough makes the best and easiest cinnamon buns ever, and I'm a former Pastry Chef. I always share with my next door neighbor and he's one happy camper.

This is a reorder. Makes the tenderest, tastiest cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Not at all heavy like Cinnabon, although those are good too.

Just rolled out this easy dough and filled with Nuts cinnamon filling ; to make homemade breakfast rolls. WOW!! and yummy !! Will make next time with the cinnamon filling and some crushed walnuts :-D

This is the best and easiest mix I have ever used. Finished product is better than most sourdoughs I have purchased in stores. I add fresh rosemary, sage, red bell peppers and onions to liven it up a bit. Enjoy.
