Large perfectly dried, yet moist apricots. Perfect snack or can use in a compote or other dessert dish.

These are drier and in some cases less tasty than the organic dried apricots I've been buying at retailers nearby. I am gaining an appreciation for them, but that's still a work in progress.

They are healthy. It's hard to find fresh ones where I live.

I made an apricot jam and half dried apricot glaze for my ham, what a revelation it was delicious and succulent. Cut the pieces up so they could be consumed easier...

These are giant, sweet, not too dry (not rubbery like sometimes from other places).
