I have been buying these from Nuts.com for years. Much moister and sweeter than most dried apricots. Some product inconsistencies, with about 1-2 out of every 10 apricots being on the drier side, and 1-2 out of every 10 being absolutely luscious. Still better than most dried apricots sold in North America.

I have waited so long for sweet, supple. less than fully dried (half-dried) apricots to be on the market. These are ideal for dipping in chocolate and given at Christmas. Personally, the ratio of chocolate to apricot is a bit too high. I prefer a bit more apricot flavor. The chocolate somewhat overpowered the apricot.

WHAT a delightful addition to our homemade trail mix. We LOVE apricots! They are ready to add to the mix, less work for us chopping, and what a special addition they are!

I have never eaten dark chocolate covered apricots, and the blending of the tartness of the dark chocolate and the sweet apricot is a delight.
