Perfect texture & flavor. Delicious.

I really only like dried fruits with no Sulfites in them. Since these Turkish apricots are listed as organic I assumed there would be no sulfites. Since I didn't start sneezing, I can say they are sulfite free. They are a tiny bit on the dry side on the exterior put plenty soft in the middle. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Sometimes the dried apricots without sulfur are too tough--these were just perfect, and they are sweet enough for me. A very healthy food.
