I use these in bread. Chopping up apricots myself is difficult because they stick to the knife. Texture of these is nice and chewy.

These apricots are so soft and delicious. This was our second time ordering them.

Soft, plump and flavorful. The half-dried ones are good too, but I like these better. You can dice them up and toss them into cereal, on waffles, or just snack right out of the bag but don't eat too many at once.
