Most delicious dried apricots I’ve had in a very long time. These are large and soft/chewy. Just the right sweetness. I’ll definitely get these again

These are amazingly good! Fresh, plump, juicy! Dried apricots from the grocery store can have the texture of leather, even the "known" brands. These are just delicious! I recently made some old-favorite cookies that contain nuts and chopped dried fruit, have always used chopped dried apricots from the store, along with dried cherries (from Nuts.com these days) and with the half-dried apricots, they were sensational. I've shared the recipe many times, but with this batch, five people at the gathering wanted it again, thinking it was different. I told them the only difference was the half-dried apricots, instead of the supermarket's leathery ones! Wow, are they good!
