Although this tastes very good, keep your portions small as it is relatively high in sodium: the first time I ordered it, I ate two servings in one afternoon and was extremely thirsty for the remainder of the day. Enjoy in moderation!

This is the only jerky brand that I have found that I actually like

Too mushy! Needs to be a bit dryer. But flavor not bad. Very tender. Spicy!

Wonderful flavor, a few pieces were a bit chewy and I literally had to spit them out, however, I would buy again, because it is very tasty.

Four stars only because they are moister than I was expecting - but have to admit to 5 stars for the taste. Spicy, rich, lovely. Now, if only they were just a wee big drier.

Gotta say that I have been spoiled by my brother’s beef jerky. It’s not fair to the Asian citrus jerky (which is real good) to be compared to his jerky.

They were much smaller than expected, a little greasier than I expected too. Not as good a value as I would have liked. The flavor was just ok.

You really don't get all that much for the price. While it is mostly tender, there are some tough stringy parts which cannot be broken down.
