Four stars only because they are moister than I was expecting - but have to admit to 5 stars for the taste. Spicy, rich, lovely. Now, if only they were just a wee big drier.

Gotta say that I have been spoiled by my brother’s beef jerky. It’s not fair to the Asian citrus jerky (which is real good) to be compared to his jerky.

They were much smaller than expected, a little greasier than I expected too. Not as good a value as I would have liked. The flavor was just ok.

You really don't get all that much for the price. While it is mostly tender, there are some tough stringy parts which cannot be broken down.
