Well - I gave this 5 stars because everything else we've had from nuts.com has been so wonderful. Again - this is a gift for Father's Day, so I'm really just guessing but he loves salmon jerky so I'm pretty sure he will love this.

Just okay-great flavor, but several pieces had unchewable connective matter.

For the price you don't get many sticks (I think there were 5-6 in the bag) and about 4" long. The flavor was ok but not what I was expecting.

While I really love the flavor of this Jerry, I found it to be so tough that I am unable to chew it.

Not a big fan, will likely give to a friend who does not eat meat. For me, if I'm going to eat jerky, it will be beef jerky. Nothing wrong with the product, jus a personal preference

Most of the jerky was laced with fat or grizzle and was difficult to chew. Rather unappetizing.

Not crazy about this beef jerky. The meat seemed to be a very good quality, but waaaay too sweet for my taste. I just wanted something to take with on long drives in case I got hungry before I got to my destination. As sweet as this was, it would not satisfy my hunger . . . more like candy than jerky.
