A little too salty but a nice chewy texture..not enough pieces in the serving size

Really good. Because I eat so much fresh veggies my protein is a little low so I'm hoping this give my protein a boost.

I always loved the way my wife would cook it but since she died of a Covid infection, I've not eaten any salmon but I do eat sardines and herring in the can. (Not as good tasting as salmon.)

I'm impressed..very soft with the right balance of sweet and heat. Better than any other I've tried from a store.

Great beef jerky! It was a little too spicy for me but if you like spicy beef jerky this is great.

This has a little heat. For those of us who breathe fire after a meal, it’s very mild, and for the mild salsa crowd this is about halfway between mild and medium. It’s a yummy flavor that begs ignorance of any spices. The tender fall apart in your mouth consistency of mostly meat and little to zero fat and gristle is reminiscent of a fine filet mignon. The best jerky I’ve ever tasted before this, and trust me this is the best so far, was a signature jerky from Bass Pro. Nuts.com is quickly becoming an essential part of my pantry.

Although says cracked pepper it is not excessively spicy or hot. Has a nice flavor balance and softer texture. I keep this in stock for a hearty snack!

Great flavor but the jerky is a little “wet” rather than dry and with a little pull.

A little peppery, but still good.
