This is absolutely the best jerky I have ever tasted!

Needs to be sold in a bigger size

Great flavor but the jerky is a little “wet” rather than dry and with a little pull.

When we opened the bag and took out the jerky it was wet. Had a mushy pasty feel to it and a weird red tent. Looked not even cooked. Was the worst jerky i have ever had.

Great, but, frankly, I miss the beef taste of truly classic beef jerky, the kind cowboys ate. I didn't miss the toughness of the, let's say, old style beef jerky. These were easily devoured. Some breads are tougher.

Great taste and texture. The only down side was the warning I received AFTER ordering that the entire bag woudl need to be consumed within 7 days. I was only able to eat 50% - 60% of the package.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but thought I would try this as a way to get some of those good nutrients from salmon and it fits the bill. Good teriyaki flavor without being too ... fishy!

It's good and tender but reminds me of teriyaki so I took a star off. Nothing wrong with it, but it's just not for me.

If you donate blood, this is a good snack to eat immediately after donation. Most of the post-donation snacks provided by blood banks are high in carbs, so I like to bring this as my own high-iron, post-donation snack.
