Great flavor but the jerky is a little “wet” rather than dry and with a little pull.

When we opened the bag and took out the jerky it was wet. Had a mushy pasty feel to it and a weird red tent. Looked not even cooked. Was the worst jerky i have ever had.

Absolutely my favorite turkey on Nuts.com‘s website. My other favorite is the peppered turkey jerky. I highly recommend this jerky. Expect to finish not too long after you open the bag.

Best beef jerky . Excellent flavor.

Great, but, frankly, I miss the beef taste of truly classic beef jerky, the kind cowboys ate. I didn't miss the toughness of the, let's say, old style beef jerky. These were easily devoured. Some breads are tougher.

Great taste and texture. The only down side was the warning I received AFTER ordering that the entire bag woudl need to be consumed within 7 days. I was only able to eat 50% - 60% of the package.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but thought I would try this as a way to get some of those good nutrients from salmon and it fits the bill. Good teriyaki flavor without being too ... fishy!
