I have not used the coconut as yet but did taste it before I put it in an air tight container and it was just perfect. I use it occasionally in cookies and cakes and this seems to be so much fresher than buying the packages from the grocery store

Wanted to try these and even though they're smaller than expected, they're perfect to go in almond butter.

Whole family addicted to this. I have always loved toasted coconut. Again something extremely hard to find where I live. So pleased to find it here for a great price. Hard to find in chips, instead of shreds. Also the combo of unsweetened and chips are even harder to find. So this is great; disappearing fast here.

There are simply no words for how crunchy, fresh, and delicious this toasted coconut is. We sprinkled it over vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce tonight and couldn’t believe how good it was. We have some experience toasting coconut and it is hard to get it perfect like this. Thank you!

Amazing on top of ice cream, on top of certain Asian dishes or Indian curries, and best of all, added to homemade granola.

Unsweetened coconut is not my fave, but my stupid diet insists on adding it to my muesli. I have no idea if it tastes any different from non-organic coconut, but it makes the oatmeal a little more palatable.
