Whole family addicted to this. I have always loved toasted coconut. Again something extremely hard to find where I live. So pleased to find it here for a great price. Even my mother (who is an extremely picky eater) decided she liked this and I'm able to substitute it for some of her less healthy snacks. That's a win all around in my books!

Hard to find in chips, instead of shreds. Also the combo of unsweetened and chips are even harder to find. So this is great; disappearing fast here.

There are simply no words for how crunchy, fresh, and delicious this toasted coconut is. We sprinkled it over vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce tonight and couldn’t believe how good it was. We have some experience toasting coconut and it is hard to get it perfect like this. Thank you!

Unsweetened coconut is not my fave, but my stupid diet insists on adding it to my muesli. I have no idea if it tastes any different from non-organic coconut, but it makes the oatmeal a little more palatable.

Stays fresh and reseals perfectly. I'm not a baker, but I enjoy making cookies. When we locked down for COVID, I started baking cookies for the emergency room that was close by. Two and a half years later, I'm still at it! This beautiful coconut is the secret ingredient!

These coconut flakes are now a staple in our kitchen! Great crunchy snack. I eat a small scoop almost nighty!!

Haven't used yet in baking, but tastes great.

The individual shreds were not as long as I thought they were going to be. I have seen some coconut shreds elsewhere that are between 1/2 an inch to 1 inch, but these tend to be less than 1/4 an inch long). This was still great to use for a cake though! I used them as "grass" around the cake, and the "grass" looked fantastic! (It tasted good too.)

I didn't know there would be such a difference in the "stuff" I buy at my local grocery and NUTS coconut. Try it! The taste is so much better.
