Great as always. Use on ice cream with choc fudge making our own version of the sinful sundae that Outback stopped making.

I add these delicious dried coconut strips to my oatmeal as well and also when I make my smoothies. They're great as a snack.

Stays fresh and reseals perfectly. I'm not a baker, but I enjoy making cookies. When we locked down for COVID, I started baking cookies for the emergency room that was close by. Two and a half years later, I'm still at it! This beautiful coconut is the secret ingredient!

The individual shreds were not as long as I thought they were going to be. I have seen some coconut shreds elsewhere that are between 1/2 an inch to 1 inch, but these tend to be less than 1/4 an inch long). This was still great to use for a cake though! I used them as "grass" around the cake, and the "grass" looked fantastic! (It tasted good too.)

We love this! Thin crispy pieces of dried coconut, great on ice cream, out of hand as a snack, in a recipe or any way. Unsweetened and relatively low carb, fresh and tasty.

I like the chips and I also like the flakes. I order the flakes as I can put them in the blender if I want smaller pieces. That way, I have both chips and flakes.
