Chocolate coating was good but the coconut was to hard to eat

We love this! Thin crispy pieces of dried coconut, great on ice cream, out of hand as a snack, in a recipe or any way. Unsweetened and relatively low carb, fresh and tasty.

I like the chips and I also like the flakes. I order the flakes as I can put them in the blender if I want smaller pieces. That way, I have both chips and flakes.

Flavor and I love coconut

I love these coconuts chips. I have reordered several times. The cost may seem high however they are organic as well as considered raw as they are processed under very low heat (something the description does not mention). The taste is delicious. I use them to make home made coconut milk.

The flavor was great, but both the coconut and the chocolate were so hard! I usually chipped away the chocolate and ate the two pieces separately--just too hard to bite through--hurt my teeth a bit.

When I first tried these, I wasn't sure about them. Kinda chewy, but they really grew on me and now I eat a few each night. I love them and bought 2 bags this time so I have a backup. I think if you like "real" coconut (and dark chocolate, of course), you'll love these!

Best ever...used in this recipe ....These were amazing and so simple to make.. I played around w/ the recipe, seems very forgiving. I used honey and some blackstrap molasses. Should have added some fresh ground cardamom. I can see some orange peel here in my future and some flaked sea salt on top LOL No Bake Cereal Bars Ingredients 1 ½ cups Cheerios ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes ¼ cup dried cranberries or goji berries ¼ cup pepitas aka pumpkin seeds ¼ cup sunflower seeds ½ Tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of cayenne pepper ½ cup natural creamy almond butter ½ cup honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Place Cheerios, oats, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, pepitas, sunflower seeds and chia seeds in a large bowl. Toss to combine. In a small saucepan, heat almond butter and honey over low-medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is completely smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and sea salt. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently toss to coat everything. Pour into lined pan and press mixture down firmly with a spatula or your hands. Place bars in the freezer for about 30 minutes to setup. Remove from freezer, cut into bars or squares and serve. Store leftover bars in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
