This is just pure, unamplified (with sugar,) shredded coconut. It is full of flavor and can be used in any recipe that calls for coconut.

I ordered several different nuts for improved health benefits for my trail mix. Plus a couple of nut packages my husband declared sand. LOL I ordered unsweetened coconut flakes because I love coconut. I use toasted coconut as a topping for sweet pototaes and put in salads. I received wonderful speedy service. Everything was packaged secured.

This is always a hit with me. I eat it every day with nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, granola and kefir.
