I am searching for a red currant that is less sweet and more tart as my mother used to make. This is more tart than others but still a bit sweet for me. Until I can find something more a bit tart this will be my go to red currant jelly.

OMG - it tastes like homemade elderberry compote from my youth. Best jelly ever.

Picked these berries wild from the bushes that grew on the hillsides. Mom made jelly every year from these fabulous berries. I loved the bitter taste when I ate them raw from the bush. Who knew they were an anti-oxidant at that time.

Excellent delivery time! The jelly is fantastic. I haven't has cinnamon apple jelly in a few decades, so when my package arrived, off to make toast I went. Perfect ! Next up...macadamia nuts. Because of the price, stores don't even carry them any longer. Highly recommended.

Saves me a lot of work trying to make my own. Have bought these from you for several years now.

Another delicious product to enhance and increase the flavor of a ganache, which is my intended purpose. Given that it is clear, it would also make a lovely glaze when melted down and used on cakes/pastries, instead of the usual apricot glaze!!! Mmmm!

This is the best jelly ever. I had my first jar at Christmas, that got me started. Also I heard that Elderberry is good for you.

My Apple Cinnamon Jelly arrived today. I couldn't wait! I made a piece of toast, spread some butter, added the jelly and dug in. Hello heaven! Need I say more? A note of caution. The packing box was almost destroyed during shipping. Before opening it I took pictures, just in case I needed to show you the damage. Fortunately, you had packed the jelly so well that all four jars survived intact. Thanks.

Almost like my Mother made, This is a very good likeness. I remember picking the currants as a young boy on the farm, It's hard to beat a Mothers recipe. I will buy more when the ten jars are gone.

My wife loved the Smucker's Red Currant jelly. They quit making it so she has tried other brands but nothing is even close. I found this website and comments by customers about how Mrs. Miller's jelly is very close to or just like Smucker's so I ordered one to try. My wife says that she has found her jelly again! Looks like I'll be ordering some more jars along with other items. Also, I was a little reluctant to buy due to the shipping cost. When we the got the box, the glass jarred jelly was wrapped several times with bubble wrap and it was packaged well. No damage and it's apparent that the company makes sure their products get to customers without damage. The shipping cost is worth the cost.

For many years my wife and I purchased current jelly made by Smuckers at a local market. Several weeks ago they stopped carrying it and a check on the Smuckers web site indicated they were no longer making it. A web search for current jelly identified Nuts.com as a producer and the rest is history. We love it and we will buy again.

The product seems like it will work just fine ... national brand that has made red currant jelly for 40 years or more suddenly not making it. Great, now I can make Mom's Christmas Swedish Jelly Cookies This should make about 2 dozen cookies. 1 cube(cup) softened room temperature butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon Almond extract 1 egg yolk, save egg white in small bowl for later 1 cup flour 1 cup crushed almonds (I usually get the slivered almonds and use a rolling pin to crush them) Mint jelly Nuts.com Red Currant jelly 1. Mix flour, sugar, almond extract, egg yolk, and butter together in bowl until it is like a brick mortar. 2. Roll into small balls about 3/4" in size 3. Dip each ball in egg white 4. Roll balls in nuts and place on lightly greased cookie sheet 5. Bake at 350f for 5 minutes then pull out sheet and push down in centers with spoon 6. Bake another 10 minutes 7. Let cool and fill centers with 1/2 teaspoon jelly. I like to fill some with Nuts.com Red Currant Jelly and some with green mint jelly for a Christmas touch just like mother did. When I was in military boot camp back in the 60's during Christmas time my mother decided to send me a Folgers's coffee can full of these as a present. We were not supposed to receive food items at that time so when my commander found out about it he made me stand at attention and stuff my mouth with as many of these cookies as I could along with his help of course. He then told me that I could not stand at ease and leave until I could whistle the company song while he relentlessly yelled in my face. That took about an hour or so but they were sure good cookies and I do not remember a word of what he yelled. Thanks mom and God Bless you.

Must tell you, the reason I ordered your elderberry jelly and dried elderberries is because the herb of the month at the Evening Herb Society of the Palm Beaches is elderberries. Trouble is, elderberries here in South Florida don't ripen for another month or so and our meeting is next Tuesday! Elderberry jelly on cream cheese on a Ritz cracker is the perfect appetizer!
