The taste of the 20# of sliced mango is excellent. I'd say 93% of the slices were exceptionally good in size, color, taste. I was surprised to find the 7% as light to dark grey in color, and/or, the outer edges of the slices were dry and/or tasteless. I can understand the 20% all being compressed together, but it was an unexpected HUGE job to repackage.June, Turnersville, NJ
