Somewhat chalky texture. Might be good on salads, but not great alone.

can't have enough enjoyable

When I was a kid in the late 50's we had a small grocery store in Rhode Island run by a Greek fellow by the name of Tony. Tony decided to load salted garbonzo beans (chickpeas) into a gum ball machine. My kid brother and I got addicted. It is an acquired taste and we love 'em, salty and crunchy!

The flavor is good but they are a little too crunchy and hard to eat. I bought these for work but chose to keep them at home because the crunching sound. My daughter commented that it sounded like I was going to break my teeth. If you can think of a way to soften these just slightly, the mix would be amazing! Good value and yummy, just too hard.

These are the absolute best snack. On top of a quality product the delivery time is outstanding.

These are not as crunchy as I had hoped. They are more "meaty" than crunchy. Otherwise, the flavor is good.

These are crunchy but you need to drink water as they get to be a powder in the mouth but yummy too.

I was very curious about these, and they are quite good. Texture isn't too hard & the salt is just right. They have a 'dry' quality, but it grows on you! You just a need a beverage as you snack!

Nice crunch and flavor but was lacking in that Sriracha spiciness I was hoping to get. But not all is lost! I figure I can boil these down, make some hummus and add some spice myself. #DIY

I'd never had these before and thought I'd give them a try. Very good, and a healthy snack when I'm in a hurry. Also would work well if you were making up your own trail mix.

I have tried several different kinds of roasted chickpeas including the flavored ones from different distributors. I didn't care for the level of salt in the flavored and the plain were ok, until these! These..these are awesome! So crunchy, flavorful, and satisfying!!!! There is absolutely NO need for any added salt or flavor! These babies have it all! I'm just afraid I'll devour the whole 5 lbs way too quick! Thanks for the best chickpeas EVER!

This is very good but more chick peas than fava beans. I prefer the reverse.

First time tasting these and they're wonderful. I had to make myself put the bag away before I overate.

I roast them in the oven with a touch of olive oil for about 10 minutes and my husband really likes them. Thanks so much. Also thank you for once again sending a sample with each shipment -- fun and nice discoveries sometimes.

This is the only bag I've been disappointed by. Not a fan of the flavor - needs more spice and less salt? Maybe I should have tried the Sriracha Chickpeas instead.

THESE are my favorite beans dry roasted. My grandmother used to get them from an Italian market. The one near my home doesn't carry them anymore. So glad I found you!
