Our Instant Dry Yeast is obtained from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae designed for use in regular bread and high-sugar dough with up to 10% sugar. Instant Yeast presents numerous advantages over fresh yeast in many situations. As they are dehydrated, they do not require refrigeration, making them much simpler to handle, store and transport. Also, our instant yeast does not require dissolving before use. Simply mix with flour or add to dough during the first stage of mixing.
Store unopened packages at < 80°F (26 °C). After opening, close package and store in airtight container. If unrefrigerated, use within one week.
