I'm still getting the hang of cooking these but I'm sure they will be perfect once I get my technique down. The taste is good.

The best tapioca pearls I have ever eaten in the U.S, honestly! I love going to get bubble tea drinks when I go to Seattle, but this surely beats anywhere around the International District in my opinion. If you follow the cooking directions as described in the info, it will come out perfectly! I definitely would be more than happy to order from Nuts again :)

Exactly what I need for Bubble Tea ! these are the best tapioca pearls for it and it is suggested that if you do not use them all at one time, the pearls freeze super well to stay fresher longer!
