Gluten-free Soy Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) is made from reduced-fat soybeans and is used to replace or extend ground meats. It can also be added to casseroles to add extra flavor and nutrition. A great cooking tool for vegetarians offering a generous 12 grams of protein per serving. There are approximately 4¾ cups per pound.
