Ingredients
Enriched corn grits (corn grits, niacin, iron [ferrous sulfate], thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid). Directions: 3 cups water, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup grits. Bring water and salt to boil. Add grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes. Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, and milk products.
