10 Grain Cereal
A delicious blend of 10 heart healthy grains. This makes a delicious cereal. Packed with whole wheat, corn, rye, triticale, oat, millet, barley, brown rice, defatted soy grits, oat bran, and flaxseed.
Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup 10 Grain Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
Stove-top Instructions: In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup 10 Grain Cereal. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for 10 minutes- stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
There are approximately 2 1/2 cups per pound.
