Recipe for Heartside Rye Muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup  Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 cup  Organic Dark Rye Flour
2 tbs  Turbinado Sugar
1 tsp  Sea Salt
1 tsp  Baking Powder
1/2 tsp  Baking Soda
2 tsp  Whole Caraway Seeds
1 cup  Milk
1/2 Cup  Vegetable Oil

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin, set aside.

2.  In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Combine liquids and stir into dry ingredients. Spoon into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes.

3.  Makes 12 muffins.
