Am using Dark Rye Flour to make my own home made bread. This is because I know they mutated our wheat and oaks 30 yrs ago, which has brought our population from 15 percent obesity 30 yrs ago, to 50 percent today. Have spent 42 yrs studying good healthy foods and supplementing with herbs to replenish especially trace minerals that no longer are naturally produced in the ground through misuse of fertilizers and extreme weed killers. I weigh as much today at 78 yrs young as I did in high school. I share with people eat fresh, and frozen,, no cans no processed foods, no fast service foods.
