Arm & Hammer™ Baking Soda
The standard of purity, this is an old stand-by for baking, cleaning and deodorizing.
Double Acting Baking Powder
Double acting baking powder releases carbon dioxide when exposed to moisture and heat, causing doughs and batters to rise. It is all natural and contains no aluminum.
Organic Rice Flour (Brown)
Our organic brown rice flour is produced by stone milling to create a very fine flour that does not taste gritty. This flour has a great consistency and flavor for making breads, baked goods and other foods.
Potato Flour
Potato flour is ground from 100% dehydrated whole potatoes and is used in bread, pancake and waffle recipes or as a thickener for smoother sauces, gravies and soups.
Sea Salt
Fine grain sea salt is obtained by the evaporation of sea water. Known for its great taste and texture, it is the perfect substitute for plain table salt.
Tapioca Flour
Also known as tapioca starch, tapioca flour is a gluten-free baking ingredient and an ideal thickening agent. Use tapioca flour for thickening a wide variety of baked goods, sauces, and desserts.
