OMG. I thought I'd never eat a decent macadamia nut again, until I took a chance on these! I've tried every brand for the past several years to find the perfect soft buttery crunch that I'd remembered from the past. Mauna Loa wasn't doing it. Costco wasn't doing it. None of the other brand's were doing it. I thought it was a result of global warming, and none of the macadamia crops were good anymore. All I got for my search was a bitter, hard nut and wasted $$. I'm doing Intermittent Fasting with Keto now, and was wishing I could throw in a Fat Fast once in a while, and longed for a good macadamia nut. I found it here at Nuts.com, and quickly signed up for monthly auto-ship. Doing a happy dance! I'm planning on using the whole nuts for snacking, and the macadamia pieces for keto cookies with my monkfruit white chocolate chips.
