This is real chocolate. Specialists say raw cacao is extra high in antioxidants compared to milk chocolate. This stuff is very bitter but once sweetened can be delicious. Cacao translates into food of the gods, and can give you A high. This week I tried it from nuts.com and I found that it definitely improved my mood by giving me a high. I put ground mine into a powder and put it with Stevia and soy milk. the cacao tasted great. Next i'm going to try it in a banana smoothie with finely ground cashews. Thank you nuts.com

The best! I have never seen or heard of raw cacao nibs until I purchased them from Nuts.com. They are absolutely delicious. I eat them as they are and I've also made my own chocolate covered cacao nibs that were to die for. I'm in chocolate heaven.

The possibilities are endless. Tonight, I'm making a chocolate smoothie with bananas and this cacao powder. I've alreay used it in conjuntion with cacao butter to make my own chocolate and it was pure bliss.

Nuts.com is the place I go to order organic cacao powder. We are very pleased with their product and their extraordinary service. We have tried both the organic cacao powder and the raw organic cacao powder, and prefer the organic cacao powder for making hot cocoa. I used the extra raw for baking and it works very well, but not raw anymore. We are very happy with Nuts.com.

I opened the adorable bag and smelled the wonderful cacoa! I will be trying it very soon, as I started with the raw, but both are organic and such a delightful texture. I appreciate the fast shipment!! I could not wait to try my healthy yogart once I foound it on the web. It is a wonderful cacoa, yet, if it taste like the raw, it is not overpowering. My cacol powder was delivered this afternoon, and I just finished a bowl of unsweeted yogart and the cocoa, sweetened with stevia with the raw cacao added to make ti a delicious dessert!!! The cacao powder taste wonderful; I felt as though I were eating a rich dessert. I love the fact that it is not only delicious. but the cacao powder is organic!!! Who says that healthy eating can't be delicious. The bag containing the cacao powder is so adorable; I plan to recycle and use it for somehting else since it is the seal again type with those adorable characters on the front!!! Yummy!! This along with my organic maca powder and peanut butter makes my favorite smoothie! Tastes sinful but so good for you. This is delicious in overnight oatmeal too, don't think about it, just buy it, you'll be happy you did!

Fast service as usual. This is a reorder on this powder. I use it to make a hot drink with added brandy vanilla and stevia. Top with whipped cream and its a delicious decadent dessert.

I was looking for a slightly sweeter alternative to the plain cacao nibs and I thought these would fit the bill. I am pleased with these, they are plenty sweet, the chocolate coating is thicker than I had expected, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing :) Overall I really enjoy them, but will just have to eat less of them because of the sugar/calorie content.

First time trying this and I'm in love! Blended 2 frozen bananas with 1/8 cup cacao powder and 1/4 cup mission fig jam (made from batch of 2 cups organic mission figs and 1-2 tsp vanilla extract, blended together until smooth.) until creamy and smooth. Try it out! :D

The paste is very good. The only downside; many of the pieces are thick and difficult to break or bite. If they could be made thinner, 5 stars!! I would also love to see a cacao and cocoa butter paste. that would be an amazing snack. The fat is very healthy. for those of us who are on a higher fat, lower carb diet, a blend would be very helpful and appreciated. I can only imagine it would be smooth and delicious. I would buy by the pound.

Just got it and love it

I wasn't really sure what to do with these as I have never used cacao nibs before. However, this was the first package I opened as I was super curious about them. WOW! They are great to simply munch on so I went a bit nutty (lol) and into my trail mix some went (along with a little of the shredded coconut!), then I ground some up and added it to the coffee brew and what a luxurious deep chocolate taste! Chocolate flavored coffee doesn't compare to this mixed in :) I could keep going as I have shared these with friends along with your site, but I need to stop and go make something! Thank you for such wonderful products!
