Fresh, robust flavor...great addition to my smoothies

I wanted nibs for snacking and baking. These have lots of the skin stuff making them not useable for my needs. Big disappointment

Organic a plus, and a good product, but was looking for just plain organic, healthy cacao nibs, without all the extra ingredients (especially sugar) in the chocolate covering. BTW, they don’t have the smooth texture as pictured, and actual the product doesn’t look like this.

I have been using this cacao powder for some time. usually in an afternoon energy drink I make. I love the flavor and how it helps me get through the afternoon.

I have grown to love these nibs! I use them in healthy drinks and in some snack bites I make. Sometimes I even just eat them as they are. Yummy!

Nice high quality cacao butter. Very easy to use for body care products because it comes in big chunks.

I bought these for the trail mix we make. I haven't tried them in our trail mix yet. I tried them plain and they were more bitter than I expected and a little smaller. We previously bought them at Trader Joe's and they were great in our trail mix. They sure taste healthy.

I add these little dark gems to my morning Greek Yogurt, along with a variety of other Nuts.com nuts. I no longer eat chocolate (well not like the addict I was) but understand the health benefits of eating the dark varieties of the stuff. So, not wanting to pick up my chocolate addiction again I turned to cacao nibs. Unlike a lot of dark chocolate bars on the grocery shelves, which still have some sugar, cacao nibs are just pure with out the extras added to most dark chocolate bars to make them easier on the taste buds. The highest percentage of everything I was looking for. Not to worry about taste with these little dark gems, I just, as earlier stated, add them to my yogurt. Also, these can be added to smoothies for a fun little crunch. I don't seem to be craving the sweeter varieties of chocolate anymore, either.

I was VERY excited to see if I had discovered a new, healthy snack but they smelled and tasted strongly of vinegar. They just tasted like hard pieces of vinegar. They were disgusting.

This is the first time I ordered this. I like it and will order it again.

I use it added to our morning cereal - it is healthy and adds good taste

I mix a half teaspoon of the cacao powder with an equal amount of instant decaf coffee, add boiling water and low fat milk. I do not have a sweet tooth, so this is a tasty enough drink for me.

I add this to yogurt, ice cream and cereal.

These are fascinating. They're almost like a bubble/air chocolate if you bite into them, but they have a dark, dense flavor that melts beautifully. I've melted them into hot milk (delicious), chopped them into baked goods (work just like chocolate chunks), and eaten them plain. They're not sweet - so if you are craving a sweet chocolate fix, you'd need to mix this with something else or layer combinations (or try another option). But I am converted.

good cocoa powder to use without sugar already in it. when trying to eat healthy with less sugar, this is the way to go.

I really love these in my shakes

I make an amazing shortbread cookie that I put these in. I like one of these cookies with a cup of tea in the afternoon. The nibs give them enough zing without being too sweet.

I've already made a batch of brownies and they are wonderful.

Added to brownies in place of chocolate chips without telling the family. They said the brownies had a richer flavour and they liked the slight added crunch. A+

Only draw back was hard to measure.

I applied to skin and a while later noticed a rank odor. Not sure why that happened to the scent because when first applied, smelled great like chocolate. So, I just washed it off. I guess I should only use it for cooking.

Your folks suggested this in place of the Cocoa Tea that I found in Dominican Republic. I have not quite mastered this but it is pretty darn close. It is good cold in the mornings!

great for homemade candy and baking

Great for a chocolate fix. I added these to a brownie mix from Optavia fo a low fat chocolate kick.

Rich, with so much cacao butter in it that it has little clulmps that melt away with hot water. True raw cacao has been fermented, and this one has a slight flavor that I noticed initially, but still results in a rich, high magnesium beverage, whether made vegan style or with milk, or my favorite, heavy cream, raw honey and a good dash of Ceylon cinnamon for a synergistic trace of zinc.

Don’t buy if you’re looking for something sweet. These are great sprinkled on various other things though.

My husband and I love a cup of hot cocoa sweetened with coconut sugar and honey. We buy our cocoa from Nuts.com every time we need more. We buy in bulk and it lasts a long time. I love that it has a lot of antioxidants. This powdered organic cocoa has a rich flavor and tastes great!

nutty and beany and roasted. Mildly chocolate with only a hint of bitterness. I’ve been munching them straight out of the bag, alternating with dried pineapple. Even my husband thought they were good.

3rd time ordering these - they are addictive!

Still not sure what I think of these - but they are sort of addictive even still. The first jolt is almost 'medicinal' but then as you chew you get a sort of lingering wonderful chocolate flavor that sticks around for a while. I think they are something that grows on you over time - so worth a little time investment to get there!

I wasn't sure what I would think of this - but I can see I'll be putting it in many things. I make cold brewed coffee and put some in as it brews with a touch of red pepper - coffee gets a great flavor and slight kick, needs no sugar! Can't wait to try this in cooking ...
