I'm enjoying the Chia Seeds a lot. I found a recipe on the site where I purchased my coconut milk and made a wonderful pudding. I also want to make the jam recipe from your site. Thanks for having the berry recipe available. It is amazing how they will thicken almost anything you put the seeds in and let whatever you mix it with stand for a couple hours.

Impressed....I use them in my overnite oatmeal.

I use Chia seeds in everything! My favorite: 1 can coconut milk, 1/4c chia seeds, 1/3c cocoa powder, 1T honey. Mix well, put in fridge or small (2T) cup and freeze ..... oh wow! ~~ sprinkle with cacao nibs! ! OH MY!!

It will take me awhile to evaluate the Chia Seeds, these are the first ones I have had. But, I am impressed with the service - the order was received earlier than you had stated. I am looking to using the Chia Seeds in various ways.

Their use has taken care of a severe problem I've had for years. what's more, I've become addicted to the wonderful crunch. My morning cereal is better with 2Tbs of chia seeds in it.

Wow, I ordered the Chia seeds on Wed. 30 July 2014 and prior to noon on 31 July 2014, they were delivered! Now that's service! I have been using Chia seeds (I grind them) for over two years now and there is no doubt about them being good for my health. When I get lax and forget to order more, then run out, I can feel the difference within two days. When I'm taking the Chia, I have more energy, generally feel better all over and I'm regular! At 77 years of age, I still work around my home and over 2 acres of property, ride my motorcycle and enjoy life! If I'm out of Chia, all that starts to go down hill! I use chia seeds for a lot of things, love making pudding with it, and did you know you can make eggs with it? I mean actual eggs!!! They work really well for baking. I made some quinoa pizza bites and was out of eggs, so I made 2 chia eggs and they did great! To make chia eggs just put 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 3 tbsp of water in a blender for each egg. Gives a good consistency and holds your baked goods together well. Also works with flax seeds! It is recommended that you don't use these in recipes that call for more than 3 eggs. I'll post the quinoa pizza bites recipe on your fb wall!

I haven't take any yet but just learned it should be very good for health which I believe it will do!

It's a good sign when I like it after only one time of making the gel. I put some in my yogurt, and will be able to get used to the different flavor and texture. Maybe after a month or two, I could switch to "I love it", but I can't rate it that high after only one time.

A++ I love these so much! They came fresh and are the original Chia Seeds. I put about 1 Tbsp in a mug with a green or mint tea bag [to seep], along with a tsp of honey and boiling water, cover for about 10 minutes [or so] then sip away. The best part is getting to the last drop of tea and using a spoon to scoop up the Chia Seeds that are now the texture of the tapioca "bubble tea". This is a quick and healthy snack when you need a little something to fill you until your next meal.

Clean and fresh looking. Together with flax seed and hemp seeds I will have a healthy delicious green drink.

Chia seeds are awesome!! I like putting them in oatmeal for breakfast or in smoothies. But they literally taste great with anything! I have put them in ice cream, pancakes, cereal. If you haven't tried them you are missing out.

These chia seeds are great in smoothies and yogurt. I primarily use them to grow microgreens to add extra nutrition and flavor to salads and sandwiches. Great quality seeds!

I don't know where you ship from, but I ordered on Monday afternoon, and my daughter received them on Tuesday mid-day (Fairfield CT). Fast. She loved the chia seeds, and the chocolate covered cherries.
