Chia seeds are replacing ground flax seed, more bang for the amount consumed and they taste better.

chia seeds area great addition to anyone's diet. even if you're someone who doesn't have a taste for healthy food. I use them in my green smoothies but they are so easy to throw in anything.. cereal, yogurt, juice or just some water. a nice tidbit too.... have some chia seeds if your stomach is bothering you they will clear it right up.

Quinoa is much tastier, but Chia is looks like it can be combined with more foods.

I use for regularity for a few years. My experience with them warrants keeping a good stash on hand.

So good for you. I put in my cream of wheat or salad daily. Just got on fb a praise for the goodness of chia seeds with a pudding recipe that I will make with Stevia and almond milk. Thanks again for all your wonderful products.
