Soup is on my to do list when the weather cools down - your barley is so much fresher than the super market brand.

Will be using shortly in a favorite bread recipe, turned out great last time!

One of four gifts for my dad on Father's Day. He loves to make barley soup with ham hocks.

Makes good beef soup

It is till chilly here in the mountains and I wanted to make barley soup. This Organic barley cooked up perfectly: firm yet tender and oh so flavourful! It was a thick fabulous-tasting soup that my family raved about for days.

Very pleased with the taste of this barley.

These add an interesting texture to my he-fiber muffins.

The order of hulled barley flakes was timely. It's very hard to find 'hulled' as opposed to 'pearl' barley. I like the packaging-very high quality. I used the instructions that came on the packing slip of 3 c. water to 1 c.barley. It came out watery tasting & mushy. I would recommend 2 c. water to 1 c. barley. All in all, I love this company - very reasonable!!

The only whole grain I can tolerate with a compromised colon. This is very tasty and very satisfying. I am very glad to get it and the many other organics from Nuts.com. Many Thanks.

I cannot wait to try them, I have looked everywhere and could only find them online. The only thing that would make these better is that you put directions on the bag on how to cook them. I am going with the directions from my oatmeal in hopes that they will be the same. Thanks tho, am so looking forward to having them for breakfast tomorrow.

I mixed all four together equal parts and called it My MultiGrain Cereal, can't get Quaker multigrain any more, this mix is much better. So glad I found NUTS.Com, I'll be back for more products.

The hulled barley arrived today. I'd seen on Dr. Oz show that this is very good for you to eat 1/2 cup a day. High in protein and fiber, low carb, and even good for warding off cancer. I just cooked it and tried a little similarly fixed like I like oatmeal, and it was surprisingly good. Can't wait to try it in other dishes, like soups.

The 5-pound bag of raw barley was great. High quality and very refreshing.
