I use barley flakes as a hot cereal with brown sugar and raisins and as an ingredient in fruit and seed snack balls I make from scratch. They are a great addition when toasted and crunchy.Sandra, Riverside, IL
I love to use these barley flakes instead of oat flakes to mix it up in my homemade granola. They are fresh and flavorful and make a noticeable difference in the finished result.Elisabeth, West Dover, VT
