I use these in my homemade granola for a lovely mild flavor against the oats.Marcia, Ridgewood, NJ
Good to use in baking things like scones and bread that call for oats to provide more variety.dorothy, Silver Spring, MD
I love barley flakes to eat as hot cereal. I would like to find a way to make them softer to use as a substitute for oatmeal in other cookie and fruit bars. Any suggestions?Sandra, Riverside, IL
Barley flakes are also hard to come by but make up the main ingredient in my rats dry food diet mix so being able to get everything I need in one place for a good price and shipped to my door is perfect for me.Nealene, Parker, CO
