Good for gluten heart burn

These doughnuts came out great on the first try! Perfect for making jelly doughnuts. They are not sweet on their own, so require a dusting of sugar.

Real brownies. Excellent mix. Maybe a bit less sweet would be better. I will try using coffee next time; that may balance the sugar - or maybe cayenne.

Really good to use. It should be under the title of "Fool proof".

This was a big let down. The donuts puffed it fine and seemed like they were going to be really good. The result was fairly dense, but more importantly it was completely tasteless. This was not worth it and we won’t buy it again.

I come from a baker family of 65 years and this mix is excellent product end result perfect product.

This was so easy to lake and is very tasty. I baked it 2 minutes more and it still was fudgy and delicious. Very easy to make.

Better than my own old recipe. Thanks for helping us old folks with so many gluten free products. I have six grandchildren that put up no arguments either. When they smell the brownies, I always get help with the eating! I am learning to bake in a cookie sheet so I can cut them for making ice cream sandwiches. My triple chocolate brownies are really fun to make, to taste, and to watch them be consumed with so much joy. To fill my cookie jar I make thin cookie size rounds. I mix with orange zest and orange juice, roll into balls to bake and then roll in powdered sugar for storing. I let them stand a week to develop a crust and then serve. Great with cold milk or ice cream. You are only limited by your own imagination. Just have to watch the consistency and adjust to keep the cookie a cookie. Peanut butter chips are another surprise to add for hungry kids.

I was happy to see a vanilla GF cake mix, normally it's a yellow or chocolate cake mix. My mind is a buzz with possible ideas for this mix, how fun!

christmas breakfast shortcut!

The recipe wasn't clear enough for this donut mix - no way would you put 4 or 5 cups of water for 1 lb of mix it would be soupy. The flavor of the donuts was superb, but I think a recipe should be more clear. I've wasted the first bag, I'm hopeful to have more success with the 2nd one. Should it work out, I will order again.

This is the second time I've ordered this brownie mix -- it is awesome! You seriously can't even tell these are gluten-free, it's impressive.

It's a slightly different taste without gluten but I added the walnuts and chocolate chips and my husband loved it.

Just received my cookie mix, brownie mix, bread mix, and biscuit mix. My mouth is watering but since it is over 100 degrees outside and we are surrounded by fires I will have to wait.

Yummy, yummy & yummy! My son was diagnosed as having gluten intolerance when he was a freshman at college. I was beside myself trying to find things that I could send him to eat...it was nearly impossible. He proceeded to drop 35 pounds in 8 months! Then I found your site with ALL the gluten free flours and mixes and snacks I could possibly want...and it's AFFORDABLE! I've been able to make cakes, breads, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, even pasta using the gf biscuit mix. I even made a decent pizza dough with the bread mix. They all turned out so very tasty and I was able to get my son healthy again. He just graduated Suma Cum Laude and is a healthy 170 at 6' tall! Thank you all and please....keep making your goodies!

The brownie mix is freaking awesome! So tasty! You'd never guess the difference. I made mine in an 8x8 pan so the cooking time was about 30-35 mins.

This week I ordered several of the gluten free baking mixes to try. I made the homemade bread mix in my bread maker and yum! I am pretty picky about taste and this bread did not disappoint one bit! It made the best grilled cheese sandwiches. I also made the gluten free brownies and they are incredible! It is so nice to know that I don't have to sacrifice taste while eating gluten free! Too many gluten free products simply can't match their gluten laden counterparts, but the ones that I tried are just as good, or better! I will definitely be back for more!
