How to Make Donuts with Donut Mix
Ingredients: 1 lb. donut mix, 4/5 cup (6.4 fluid oz) water, 2 ½ teaspoons yeast.
Directions: Combine yeast and water, let sit for five minutes. Add mix and knead dough for 4-6 minutes till soft and smooth. Let rise 45-60 minutes. Roll out and cut desired donut shapes. Let rise till double in size. Fry at 375°F for approximately one minute per side. Yields approximately one dozen donuts.

The recipe wasn't clear enough for this donut mix - no way would you put 4 or 5 cups of water for 1 lb of mix it would be soupy. The flavor of the donuts was superb, but I think a recipe should be more clear. I've wasted the first bag, I'm hopeful to have more success with the 2nd one.
