I bought this on a whim, and baby, I am so glad I did! Growing up, mom used to make mac'n cheese for a side dish every couple weeks or so. I always loved it, even the cold leftovers. Today, mac'n cheese has been elevated and can be a religious experience in some restaurants, but I still prefer the good old traditional version. Occasionally I would wonder why they don't just sell the cheese powder that comes in the box... and Voila! Obviously it's great on mac, but it's also wonderful for popcorn, another one of my favorites. I'm still exploring ways to use it, I'm thinking it will be excellent over almonds, pretzels, chips, and even steamed veggies. Highly recommend!
