Mochi rice cakes are a sweet Asian dessert treat, now in rainbow colors. A soft and chewy texture, these rice cakes will disappear before you know it. Eat them by themselves, or use them as a topping in your ice cream or cereal.
Similar to mochi used in Korean frozen yogurt shops like PinkBerry, Red Mango, and Yogen Fruz.

so fresh and chewy!! Glad that this company offers extra packaging to keep their meltier products cold in hot weather, because they arrived in great condition. Delicious on their own. If you're not big on ice cream, try these with fresh fruit over cereal.
